ARTEX, in order to familiarise the public with textile history and archaeology introduces a new feature, the Word of the Month.
It is a monthly column which presents the etymology and the linguistic interpretations of a specific term from the broader field of textiles and weaving, in a short and simple manner, as the Word of the Month.
The column is written by Kostis Spantidakis.
